Japan Cell Culture, Inc. provides services which are entrusted with cultivating and processing mesenchymal stem cells derived from autologous adipose tissues collected at medical institutions. Our CPC is designed on the basis of biosafety manual and permitted by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. The clean rooms are controlled at Class 10000. Stem cells and materials are handled inside the Class 100 biological safety cabinets to prevent any contamination.

In 2012, the Nobel Prize in Medicine and Physiology awarded to the professor Shinya Yamanaka of Kyoto University for the discovery that mature cells can be reprogrammed to become pluripotent. In 2014, the world’s first regenerative therapy using iPS cells achieved by Dr. Masashi Takahashi is also attracting very strong attention.
