Cultivation and Processing of Adipose-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells
Japan Cell Culture, Inc. provides services which are entrusted with cultivating and processing autologous adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells collected from medical institutions.
Abdominal subcutaneous adipose tissues from patients are received and processed by technical experts at our own cell processing center.
After the cultivation and processing, the adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells are packaged and transported to medical institutions to administrate for patients by intravenous or local injection.
For the safety and high quality of processing cells, thorough management is carried out in production of stem cell preparation by trained professional staff.
By using our services, stem cell treatment can be applied steadily even when you have don’t have your own cell processing facility.
Cell Processing Center（CPC）
CPC is defined as the aseptic room isolated from the external environment and controlled the level of air cleanliness.
Our CPC is designed on the basis of biosafety manual and permitted by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
The clean rooms are controlled at Class 10000 (ISO Class 7).
Stem cells and materials are handled inside the Class 100 (ISO Class 5) biological safety cabinets to prevent any contamination.
A clean room with negative pressure is also prepared for treating the cells of infectious disease patients.
Our CPC is monitored for 24 hours continuously by our own system.
